Made at a front desk.

Lumière OS began as the system behind Royal Bee, a facial spa in Chula Vista, California.

The software a spa can buy is usually built for every kind of business at once. It doesn't know what a package is, why a client texts at 11pm, or what the front desk looks like at 4pm on a Saturday. So we built our own, and ran the spa on it every day.

Bookings, checkout, packages, client texts and the concierge were all shaped by the people using them, one busy week at a time. When another spa wanted to run on it too, Lumière OS became a product.

What we believe

A spa should feel calm on both sides of the front desk. Clients should get an answer when they ask. Owners should get their evenings back. Software should be quiet enough that nobody notices it.

Why "Lumière"

It means light. Our mark, the Ray, is a single point of light, the moment a spa's day feels in hand.
