Is there a contract?

No. Lumière OS is month to month, and you can cancel anytime.

How does the free trial work?

Your first 30 days are free. We set it up with your services and your team, and you're not charged until the trial ends.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Setup is included in every plan. We configure your services, staff and website with you.

Can you move my clients over from my current software?

Yes. We import your client list for you, along with their history when your current system lets us export it.

What do I need to run it?

Any iPad, phone or computer with a web browser. There is no special hardware to buy.

How do card payments work?

Through your own Stripe account, at Stripe's rates. The money goes straight to you, never through us.

Who owns my data?

You do. Each spa runs on its own private system with its own database. Your clients' records are never shared with another business.
