This page covers this website, lumiereos.app. The Lumière OS product that spas use has its own terms, agreed with each spa.

What this website collects

Only what you choose to send us. The site has no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.

The Get started form

When you use the form, the details you enter (name, spa, email, phone, number of locations and your message) are sent to our inbox so we can set up your trial. If the form is delivered through our form provider, Formspree, they process it on our behalf and do not use it for anything else.

When you email us

If you write to us or send the form, we keep your message and contact details to reply and to arrange a demo. We don't sell them or share them for marketing. Ask us to delete them at any time.
