These terms apply when you use this website, lumiereos.app, operated by Lumière OS ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The software is covered separately

These terms are only about the website. If your spa starts a free trial or subscribes to Lumière OS, that use is governed by the customer agreement you accept at the time. If anything on this site conflicts with that agreement, the agreement controls.

Information on this site

We describe Lumière OS as accurately as we can, but features, plans and prices can change. Product screenshots show a sample spa with sample clients, not real people. Prices shown are in US dollars and do not include card processing fees, which your own Stripe account charges.

Using the site

You may use this site to learn about Lumière OS and to contact us. Please don't misuse it: no attempts to break in, overload it, copy it in bulk with automated tools, or send us false information through the form.

Our name, mark and content

The name Lumière OS, the Ray mark, and the text, design and images on this site belong to us. You may link to the site and share its pages, but please don't copy them or use our name or mark in a way that suggests we endorse something we don't.

Links to other sites

If this site links to another website, we don't control that site and aren't responsible for it.

No warranty

This website is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise that it will always be error-free or online.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
